Fieldhouse Addition and Stadium Improvements

Infinity served as CMAR for this new 11,400-sf clubhouse addition.  It included new home and visitor locker rooms, training rooms, showers, coaches’ offices, laundry, and player dining.  It upgraded both field dugouts, and the “batter’s eye” in center field.  Other stadium improvements included new roofing for the covered stadium areas, and all new stadium padding.

Infinity had to manage the needs of several stakeholders on this project.  The Lake County Commissioners, and City of Eastlake were its Co-Funders.   The Lake County Captains minor league baseball team were its tenants.  Also, Laketran’s Eastlake Transit Center is co-located at the stadium and its buses continued to drive through the construction area daily.  

Due to a known long lead issue with the new RTU, we left the old in place to provide temporary heating and cooling until the new unit delivered.  The clubhouse and office area remained partially occupied throughout construction.  The project was fast-tracked to complete all work between October 17 and March 31.  Infinity self-performed rough and finished carpentry about 22% of the total project volume.  The project completed within the GMP and on schedule.
