New welding And EMT Training Addition

Infinity is serving as Construction Manager at Risk for this new building addition that includes three standard classrooms and two high-bay labs for high school students and adult workforce training. One lab will be dedicated to welding welding and will include modern fabrication facilities, safety features, and ventilation to train students and adults for American Welding Society certifications. The other is a simulation lab for emergency medical training (“EMT”). The scope also includes a parking lot expansion. The first phase of work will involve rerouting all campus utilities running through the site. Diverse firms are putting 21% of the construction work in place.

So far the project which began in August 2026 is progressing quickly and we expect to be under roof and in the dry by the end of the year. We were able to complete the north parking lot out of sequence to make it availab le to the school for upcoming events. Although the school is occupied, we are able to schedule construction traffic off-peak pick-up and drop-off hours, with no disruption to school activities.
