Infinity was CMAR for two back-to-back Deloitte Design Guidelines for Small Practice Offices projects. The first build was the top floor 15,585-sf at the new Scioto Peninsula building in Columbus. The second is the 34th floor, 17,441-sf at Key Tower in Cleveland. These spaces support a hybrid work environment. They include almost no traditional walled offices. There are large conference rooms, collaborative enclaves, and teaming rooms. There are private focus rooms for temporary use. They also feature design studios, large cafés and lounges, server rooms, restrooms, support rooms, and, in Columbus, an outdoor terrace. The spaces feature high-end FF&E, and extensive technology.

Compressed schedules for both projects required multiple shifts to meet the schedules. In both cases material long lead times led to a few items arriving after Owner occupancy. Infinity self-performed demolition in Cleveland. In both cases, Owner scope post-GMP changes increased the final budget 9% in Columbus, and 10% in Cleveland. Diverse firms put 20% of the work in place in Cleveland.
