Infinity served as Construction Manager At-Risk for this 2-floor renovation and relocation. It is on floors 25-26 at the Huntington Center in Columbus. The partial 25th floor build is the reception and conference center. It includes the café and guest lunch room. On the 26th floor are 28 perimeter offices, and 13 internal offices. Also, a wellness center, café, lounge, the server room, additional meeting rooms, and a new internal stair. Its features include glass walls and high finish light fixtures.
SubcontractorsInfinity has completed projects at four locations for Hahn Loeser since 2004. This fast track project completed in five months on schedule. It completed 10% below the approved GMP. We achieved 15%diverse subcontracting participation. Installation of the internal stair required tie-ins to steel columns outside the tenant space. We had to coordinate this work off-hours with the building owner and neighboring tenant.
